How long is the refund process?

- Your refund will be processed to your original payment method or store credit (if you so choose).

- For direct bank transfers, Gcash, and direct to Ivi Ryo Corp Paypal payments, please provide your account information for the refund.

- For payments made via iPay88 (credit cards, debit cards, Paypal via iPay88), the refund will reflect in your original payment method within 45 banking days.
