Return Eligibility:

- Order is eligible for refund if the product box arrives unsealed.

- Order is eligible for refund if the product arrives damaged:

i. discolored, misshapen, or past its expiry date

ii. bottle cracks or leaks

- Order is eligible for refund if the order arrives incomplete (unless specified that order will be delivered in multiple shipments)
